However, to protect against fraud and ensure we can continue offering this guarantee to honest customers, our policy is subject to the following strict conditions:

The "One Open Pouch" Rule You have a full 60 days from the date of delivery to test the product. If you are not satisfied, you may return one (1) opened or partially used pouch for a full refund of the product purchase price.

  • If you ordered a multi-month supply (e.g., a 3-pack or 6-pack), all additional pouches must be returned unopened, with the factory seal completely intact.

  • We will not issue refunds for multiple opened pouches from the same order.

Return Shipping & Physical Returns To qualify for a refund, the physical product must be shipped back to our warehouse, even if the pouch is empty.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or fail to reach our facility.

How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process) We do not accept "return to sender" packages or unauthorized returns. To initiate your return, you must complete these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at popov.alexandru.mail@gmail.com within 60 days of your delivery date.

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of why the product did not work for you.

  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact address of our return facility.

  4. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Packages without an RMA will be rejected and destroyed without a refund.

Fair Use Clause This guarantee is valid for first-time purchases only. If you have previously purchased H2Labs™ Molecular Hydrogen Tablets, received a refund, and chosen to order again, your subsequent orders are final sale and not eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any individual we suspect of abusing this policy.
